Connect Tier
For partners that have a referral relationship with Certero, but no agreed strategic approach and objectives. The Partner and Certero will have signed a Referral Agreement and mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), but there is no commitment from either party regarding opportunity generation, training, or marketing.
Engage Tier
For partners that have a transactional relationship with Certero on an opportunity-by-opportunity basis, but no agreed strategic approach and objectives. The Partner and Certero will have signed a Partner Agreement and mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), but there is no commitment from either party regarding opportunity generation, training, or marketing.
The Engage Partner tier is the starting point for Partners that aspire to be Advance or Elite Partners.
Advance Tier
For partners who have agreed and committed to a strategic approach and objectives with Certero, but have no service delivery capability. The Partner and Certero will have signed a Partner Agreement and mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). An Advance Partner will have committed to the agreed criteria around opportunity generation, training, and marketing.
Advance Partners will utilize Certero’s own in-house services team to deliver technical pre-sales, implementation and software management-related services.
Elite Tier
The Elite Partner tier is for Partners with their own services delivery capability. Certero Elite Partners receive in-depth training and education via our enablement program, giving their experts the full capability to deliver a successful end-to-end service using the Certero technology platform. Our SMEs are still available to supplement skills or resources, if required.
